Anna Jean Blevins, 92 years young, of Kimball, TN went to heaven on Monday, February 22, 2021, with her loving family by her side.  She has gone on to pave a way for us in heaven with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  We will see her again one day by the throne.  For 73 years, she was a faithful member of Kimball Baptist Church.

Anna Jean was a master seamstress and loved to make quilts for her children, grandchildren, and friends.  She was also an exceptional cook that loved to prepare meals for her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, J.C.Blevins, her parents; Paul and Ruth Smith,  three brothers; Arville, Homer and Paul.

Anna Jean is survived by her two loving daughters Becky Whitlock and Marcell Tipton, two wonderful sons Ricky (Vickie) and James "Eli" (Joan) Blevins, two sisters, Cora (Don) Bivens and Carolyn Harris, and one brother, Van (Sue) Smith.

She was adored and admired by her four grandchildren Ryan Ware, Matt Blevins, Lauren Blevins and Justin (Alison) Tipton, four great-grandchildren Chase, Paige, Jocelyn, Jason, and two great-great-grandchildren Mollee and Ryder.

A graveside service will be held at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens at 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 25, 2021 with Pastor Bruce Howland officiating.

Due to COVID-19 there will be no public visitation.

Pallbearers are Ryan Ware, grandson, Matt Blevins, grandson, Justin Tipton, grandson, Chase Ware, great-grandson, Bobby Blevins, nephew, and Jeff Keef, nephew.
