Argie Moore,71, of New Hope, TN., passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021.

Argie was born on November 7,1949 in Jasper, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Marion and Equilla Shrum and preceded in death by her sisters, Rosie and Esther.

Argie loved the Lord and her family. She was a lover of flowers and her pets.  She was a loving wife, a caring mother, and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all.

Survivors include her husband of 44 years, David R. Moore; son, J. Wayne (Janet) Myers of Whitwell, TN; two daughters, Cynthia D. Dagnan of New Hope, TN; Misty M. (Phillip) Hall of Murfreesboro, TN; eight grandchildren, Jonathan McLean, Justin Poe, Nathaniel Myers, Chase Hall, Riley Hall, Ashton Hall, Maxwell Ramsey, Marty (Kali) Ramsey, Jr.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. (CST)in the chapel of Rogers Funeral Home of South Pittsburg.

Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. (CST) and on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (CST) prior to the funeral service in the chapel of Rogers Funeral Home at South Pittsburg.
