William E (Bill) O'Leary

William E. (Bill) O' Leary, 75, of Ringgold, Ga., passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2022.

He was born In Richard City, TN on December 10, 1946 to the late Robert E. and Jeannie Gray O'Leary and raised on Billygoat Hill.

Bill was a self-employed home builder, and an avid hunter and sportsman.

He was a 1966 graduate of the South Pittsburg High School where he was starting Wingback in 1965-1966. He attended MTSU and UTC after graduation.

Bill was a United States Navy Veteran with an Honorable Discharge in 1973.

He had many close friends in South Pittsburg, Chattanooga and the Ringgold, Georgia area.

He is preceded in death by his parents Robert E. and Jennie Gray O'Leary and a brother-in-law, Jack Gary Owensby.

Bill is survived by Brother, Bobby (Jean) O'Leary; sister, Sue Ann Owensby; several nieces and nephews: Cliff and Gwen Owensby and Kim, David and Paul O'Leary, as well as a host of family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. (CST) at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens with Minister Henry Camp officiating and full Military Honors conducted by the Sequatchie Valley Veteran's Honor Guard.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (CST) at Rogers Funeral Home of South Pittsburg, TN prior to the graveside service.

Interment will be at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens
