Billie Faye Chitty

October1, 1935 – August 29, 2025

Billie Faye Chitty's story began on October 1, 1935, in South Pittsburg, Tennessee, where she was born to Chris and Vella Mae Patton. From an early age, Billie carried with her a strong spirit, a quick smile, and a love for family and faith that would guide her throughout her life.  She grew up in South Pittsburg and attended McReynolds High School, where she built friendship and values that stayed with her always.

Billie was deeply rooted in her church family at Mt. Bethlehem Baptist Church, where she found joy in worship and fellowship.  She was proud to be the church's oldest living member, a testament to a life live with faith at its center.

She is lovingly survived by her brothers, Rupert Jerome Patton and William Don Patton, who cherished her as a sister and friend throughout the years.
