Robert Edward "Bobby" Turner, Sr., 78, of Jasper, TN died Saturday, December 5, 2015 in a Chattanooga hospital.


The son of the late Ernest and Louise Ballard Turner, he retired from Campbell Equipment Erectors having worked for many years as a Project Engineer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Webb Turner and daughter, Jana Elaine Turner.


He is survived by his son, Ed (Sonya) Turner, Jr. of Chattanooga, TN; grandchildren, Carly Michelle Turner Hensley of Fairview, TN, Katie Turner McDiffett, Shannon Turner Moody and Brock Turner all of Chattanooga; sisters, Barbara Jo Watts and Ernestine Slatton both of Jasper, TN; several nieces and nephews.


The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, December 7, 2015 from 5-8pm Central time at Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper, TN.


Graveside funeral services will be conducted at Pine Grove Cemetery on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 11am Central time with Rev. Roger Webb officiating.
