Bryan Christopher Layne, 49, of Jasper, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2021.  He was born on September 11, 1971 in Birmingham, Alabama and attended Bolton High School graduating in 1990.  He also lived in Nashville before moving to Jasper.

Bryan is preceded in death by both parents, Albert LeRoy Layne and Meredith Layne of Jasper; Grandparents, James E. James and Katherine James of Jasper; Dwight Layne and Mary Alice Layne of South Pittsburg; Aunt, Sharon Layne Hughes of Pawleys Island, South Carolina.

Bryan is survived by his brother, Michael and Angie Layne of Chattanooga; nephew, Brandon Layne of Chattanooga  and uncle, Jerry Hughes of Pawleys Island, South Carolina.

Brian was known for his quirky sense of humor and his love of reading and writing.  Music and movies were a huge part of his life. Bryan was a big animal lover and loved to spend time with his family and friends.

Services will be determined at a later date.
