Mr. C. P. "Dude" Talley, 84, of South Pittsburg, TN died Monday, May 7, 2007 at his home.The son of the late Bradley Richard and Stella Irene Talley, he was a member of Grace Baptist Church in South Pittsburg. He worked for Marion Hardware and Supply Company for 22 years. He was co-founder of Tennessee Alabama Fireworks in Kimball and Jasper from which he retired.He was preceded in death by brothers, John R. Talley, Rev. Bradley Talley and sister, Polly Bolton.He is survived by his sons, Richard (Jane) Talley, Larry (Wanda) Talley and Darrell Talley; sister, Dorothy Henderson; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be conducted from the South Pittsburg Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home on Thursday, May 10, 2007 at 10 AM CDT with Reverend Ronnie Case officiating. Interment will be in Cumberland View Cemetery in Kimball.The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Grace Baptist Church, P.O. Box 637, South Pittsburg 37380.The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 9, 2007 from 5-8 PM CDT at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg.
