Carolyn Katherine Rudolph, 67, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, Oct. 29, 2015, at The Bridge at South Pittsburg Nursing Home.

Carolyn graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a BSW, Bachelor of Social Work Degree and from Chattanooga State Technical Community College with a ADN, Associate Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse). She was a RN in the Chattanooga area for many years. She was a loving wife, mother, and friend.

Preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Katherine Prokipchak; siblings, Albert Prokipchak and Elaine Mogensen; husband, Howard Rudolph, and son Brett Rudolph.

Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Wilson, son-in-law Dustin Wilson, and granddaughter Madison Wilson.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, at St. Stephens Catholic Church (7111 Lee Highway Chattanooga, TN 37421) from noon-2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The National Alliance on Mental Illness or to The American Cancer Society.
