Cassie Allison Rogers, 83, of Nashville, formerly of Stevenson, died Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at her home.She was the daughter of the late Eli William and Lou Reana Haggard Allison and a member of the Donelson Church of Christ for 40 years, a long time employee of H.D. Lee in Nashville, an avid gardener and a family oriented person. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Earl "Bud" Rogers; son, Ronald Wayne Rogers; six brothers and four sisters.She is survived by one son, William Earl Rogers; two daughters, Allison Rogers McCrary both of Las Vegas, Nevada and Cathy Michelle Carter of Mt. Juliet; grandchildren, Andrea Leigh Rogers Stack of Pulaski, Karen Johnston Gunter of Ackworth, GA, Kim Leigh Rasmussen of Helena, Montana, Jo Ann Lorraine Geier of Westminster, Colorado, Cassie Renee Carter of Nashville, Carrie Ann Carter, Christina Marie Carter and Jeffrey Glenn Carter, Jr. all of Mt. Juliet; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; three sisters, Barbara Lavender and Billie Kearney both of Bowling Green, KY and Nina Eli of Bridgeport, AL.Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 17, 2007 from the Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg at 2:00 PM CDT with Kenneth Adams officiating. Interment will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Bridgeport, AL.The family will receive friends Friday from 5 until 9 PM CDT at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg.
