Charlotte Roberta Hogan, 83, of South Pittsburg, TN, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023.

Charlotte was the daughter of Carl A. Hogan and Palestine Hogan; she was the second born out of seven children. Lived in South Pittsburgh most of her life.

She graduated from Central high school with the class of 1958.

She attended cosmetology school and became a hairdresser and owned her own shop that was called "Cinderella Beauty Salon' in Chattanooga until she retired.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl, and Palestine Hogan; Brothers, Leroy Hogan, Charles Hogan, and Gary Hogan; Sisters, Patsy Webb and Karen Chance.

Survived by her brother, John A Hogan, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She enjoyed cooking and gathering with her family. She thought of her clients as close family and continued to provide service to a few of her longtime customers even after she retired.

Charlotte loved Gospel, Country and Bluegrass music and all things Elvis and Vince Gill. She loved cooking, shopping, and collecting cookbooks, and had home shopping network on speed dial.

She was a funny character and always had a funny wisecrack to start any conversation. She will be missed dearly by her family and community.

A celebration of Life will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. (CST) in the chapel of Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg with Pastor Roger Webb officiating.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, November 20, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (CST) at the funeral home prior to the service in the chapel.
