Clara "Kazel" Barrett-Raulston, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter and sister passed away suddenly at the age of 57 years on Easter Sunday, April 12, 2009. Kazel will be forever remembered by her loving husband, Jerry Randal Raulston, and her two precious children, Tammy (Doug) Gifford of Bryant, AL and Kerrie (Tim) York of Flat Rock, AL; her five grandchildren, Kelia Smith, Colby Dixon, Danielle Reese, Bret Carson and Daylin Marr; two great-granddaughters, Chloe (5 yrs) & Dakota (5 mos); sisters, Linda Barrett (Will) Dickerson of Chattanooga, Peggy Barrett, Vickie Huckabee both of Bridgeport, AL, Wanda (Gary) Guess of South Pittsburg, Margie (Don) Wilson of Stevenson, AL; brothers, Robert Louis (Cindy) Barrett of Jasper and Tim (Alma) Barrett of Henegar, AL; Kazel will also be lovingly remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Martha Louise Barrett and Richard Barrett, Sr.A funeral service in memory of Kazel will be held on April 15, 2009 at 1:00pm CDT at Rogers Funeral Home, 21 E. 5th Street in Jasper, TN with Reverend Mike Howell officiating. The interment will follow in Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper. The family will receive friends from 2-5pm and 7-9pm on April 14th at Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper.
