Clarence Murray, 85 years old of South Pittsburg, TN died on June 13, 2019, at his home in Richard City with Hospice Care.

He was a member of First Baptist Church of Richard City.  He was a former truck driver and drove a gasoline tanker for Sinclair, Conoco, Fleet and Highway Transport.  He later drove dump trucks for Jim Lofty and Todd Elledge.

He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Allie Murray; brothers Everett, Henry Thomas, Johnny and Sam; sisters Bessie Ladd and Norine McCall; and his son Steve.

He is survived by his wife Mary; four daughters Debbie (Lonnie) Cole of Comer, GA; Cathy (Mark) Booth of Comer, GA; Della (Patrick) Moats of South Pittsburg; Tammy (Ron) Pettit of Manchester, TN; granddaughter Christie (Aaron) Sellers and great grandson Brady Sellers of Kings Mountain, NC; sister Margie Green of Ohio and brother David of South Pittsburg; several nieces and nephews.

At his request, there will be no visitation or memorial service.  Arrangements by Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg.
