Clyde Castle, 77, of Whitwell, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2020.

Clyde worked several years for Wolff Tree Company before retiring.

He enjoyed Pirates football games, fishing, working in his yard, deer hunting and most of all his grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rance Castle, Sr., and Claudie Mae Thomas Castle; brother, Claude Castle; sister Geraldine Lawson; daughter, April Devet Wallin.

Survived by sisters, Cordie (Pete) Cagle, Pauline Johnson, and Margaret Rollins, brothers; Rance (Wilima) Castle, Jr., and Mark (Teresa) Castle.

Daughters, Stephanie Gayle Castle, Melinda Claudine Castle; sons, Clyde (Pete) Hughie Castle, Jr. Grandchildren; Taylor Danielle Castle, Amber Paige Holder, Robert Womack, Cody Womack, Michael Wallin, Dale Wallin, Travis, Morgan, Jenna, Chelisa, Kimberly, Crystal, Derek, Dakota, and Brittney Castle. Great grandchildren; Grayson and Gabriel (Lou) Jackson, Joseph Probasco. Long time friends, Owen Barnes, SR. and Joe Barnes.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 30, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Pastor Joe Moore officiating.

There will be no public visitation due to COVID.

Everyone is welcome to the graveside service at the cemetery. Mask are requested.
