Cynthia Denise Blevins Blount, 51, of South Pittsburg, TN passed away suddenly April 13, 2020.

MSgt Blount returned to her hometown after proudly serving 20 years in the United States Air Force.

She enjoyed being near loved ones after so much time away and immersed herself back into the community, always helping or serving where she could.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents Lonnie and Emma Blevins.

Cindy was survived by many loved ones: wife, Brandi Edwards; sister, MaryAnne Blevins-Newcom; brothers Jeffery Blevins (Cindy) and Dean Blevins; niece, Emalee Blevins; nephews, Rusty Newcom (Beth), Michael Newcom (Joanna), Tim Blevins, David Meeks (Tiffany); great niece, Julie Newcom; great nephews, Jake Newcom, JohnWill Newcom, Ryan Newcom; and those close friends that considered her family.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2020 from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. CST with a memorial service following at 2:00 p.m. in Rogers Funeral Home of South Pittsburg with Pastor Joe Moore officiating.
