David Ray Tate, age 68, gained his heavenly wings  at Signature Healthcare of South Pittsburg Rehab and Wellness Center in South Pittsburg,    Tennessee on May 22, 2021.

David was born on June 13, 1952 and proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1973 to 1974.  He became a part of the Signature Healthcare family on June 7, 2019.  Staff in the facility enjoyed visiting with Mr. Tate and hearing all about his military time and his years of travelling around the     country.  He had a special love for music and enjoyed listening to classic rock music.

The staff of Signature Healthcare of South Pittsburg Rehab and Wellness Center are honored to have been a small part of Mr. Tate's life. He          passed peacefully surrounded by the love and care of the people who had come to know him as family.

A graveside service will be Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 2:00 pm EST at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Brother Ronnie Case officiating.

There will be no visitation.
