Deborah Louise Payne Webb

Jasper, Tennessee

Deborah Louise Payne Webb, 71, of Jasper, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.

She was a loving mother and wife.  She loved to cook and have special time with her family.  She loved going to the casino and listening to Elvis's music. At a young age Deborah stepped up and raised her younger brother and sister. Deb also, was known for being feisty and loved helping others in a time of need.

Deborah was preceded in death by her, parents, William Ross Payne and Georgia Louise Blevins Payne; daughter, Gina Webb; brother, Dwight Jay Payne.

Survivors include her husband, Harley "Vern" Webb; daughter, Kara Webb; granddaughter, Ally Grace Ferguson; sisters, Brenda (Ronnie) Peardon, Freda Meredino and Donna (Gene) Walters and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. (CST) in the Jasper Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home with Pastor Roger Webb officiating.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (CST) prior to the funeral service in the chapel.

The family would like to give special thanks to the Ryan Frost family, Parker family, King family and the Reed Family.
