Eddie Daniel Gray, 54, of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, died Saturday, August 12, 2006 in a local hospital.Owner of Ed Gray Trucking, he was a very active person and loved kids. He was loved by many and will be sadly missed. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mabel Kilgore Gray; brothers, Tommy Lee Gray and Wilson Gray, Jr.He is survived by daughters, Jenny Lou Hill and Jennifer Pyburn, both of South Pittsburg; father and step-mother, Wilson "Tom" and Mary Gray of Kimball; sister, Denah Friend, of Byron, Illinois; step-brothers, Michael and Darrell Walden; step-sister, Gayla Blalock; sister-in-law, Betty Gray; nieces and nephew, Wilson III, Jenny and Hazel Gray; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Funeral services will be conducted from the South Pittsburg Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home, Wednesday, August 16, at 8PM, CDT with Rev. Bill Lassiter officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Rockford, Illinois.The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10AM - 8PM, CDT at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg.
