Evelyn Jackson Carroll, 79, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, died Wednesday, February 27, 2019.

She was a retired employee of BlueCross and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Hixson, Tennessee.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vera Knight Jackson & James Andrew Jackson, Sr., her husband, Ralph Elliott Carroll, Sr. and brother, James Andrew Jackson, Jr.

She is survived by two daughters, Ashlee Carroll and her husband, Rob Fulfer, of Lebanon, Tennessee, and Paige Harlin and her husband, Andy, of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Matthew Carlton and his wife, Sherrae, and Ella Harlin; great-grandchildren, London Carlton and Phayden Carlton; niece, Angela Myers of Hixson, Tennessee; nephew, James Stacy Jackson and his wife, Edie of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee; and aunt and uncle, Bob & Madge Boggild of South Pittsburg, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Central time on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Rogers Funeral Home, 21 East 5 ^th Street, Jasper, Tennessee 37347. Interment will be in Stateline Cemetery in Shellmound, Tennessee.

The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. Central time until the time of service.
