Flora Ailene Lewis, 71, of New Hope, TN died Thursday, February 8, 2007 in a local hospital surrounded by her family and friends.The daughter of the late John & Paralee Kennemore, she was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Orvallee Lewis; brother, Bob Kennemore and great-grandson, Austin Lewis. She will be missed by all those who love her and those whom she has touched during her life.Survivors include her children and their spouses; Brenda & Matt Mathews of Texas, Daniel & Jean Lewis of Jasper, Thomas Lewis of Florida, Shirley & Ivan Fogarty of Florida; Treva & Ronnie Brown of New Hope, son, John R. Lewis & Anita Pace of Kimball; 9 grandchildren, Sam and wife, Velvet Johnson, Stacy and wife, Kerry Johnson all of Jasper, James Johnson, Amy Howard both of South Pittsburg, Wayne and wife, Sheena McNeece of Jasper, Thomas Lewis of Florida, Bill Keahey, Jeremy Brown both of New Hope, Josh Lewis of Georgia; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Elaine & Dan Nelms of Georgia; Karen & Clifford Raulston of Alabama; brothers and sisters-in-law, J.L. & Edna Ruth Kennemore, Philip & Chris Kennemore all of New Hope, Wesley Hope & Mavis Kennemore of Alabama, Ray & Joan Kennemore of Arkansas, Royce & Renee Kennemore of Dunlap, Jerry Don & Jane Kennemore of Kimball, Wayne & Debbie Kennemore of Georgia, Marggie Kennemore of Bridgeport; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be conducted from the South Pittsburg Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home on Saturday, February 10, 2007 at 2:00 PM CST with Reverend Dennis Bunch officiating. Interment will be in New Hope Cemetery.The family will receive friends on Friday, February 9 from 11 AM - 9 PM CST at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg.
