Frances Barger Phillips, 84, daughter of Arlie & Grace Barger joined her best friend and husband of 44 years, Herschel in Heaven on Sunday, April 10, 2011.
She is survived by her children, Brian & Nelda Phillips, Linda Phillips & Sherman Barnett, Mary Grace Phillips Boyd, Rebecca & Doug Dalrymple; her eight grandchildren, Brian Phillips, Jr., Heather Phillips Friant, William, Gideon and Caleb Barnett, Kelly Dalrymple Stephens, Haley Dalrymple and Annie Boyd; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Virginia Alder, Betty Brown and Agnes Boggs; several nieces, nephews and special caregivers.
A private graveside service was held on Sunday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jasper Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 148 College Street, Jasper, TN 37347.
