Brenda "Gayle" Kirk, 77, of Jasper, Tn, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 6, 2022.

Gayle loved the Lord, her grandchildren, horses, and the lady Vol's in that order.

She loved watching all her grandchildren playing sports. Especially Kendall playing baseball as of late.  She would sit at the ballfield all day and night, no matter how hot or cold the weather was.

She was the 1963 Marion County Jr. Miss and was involved in the Jr. Miss pageant in Marion County for many years.

She was preceded in death by husband, David Kirk; parents, Dudley Burton Collins, Jr. (Jack) and Alma Jo Scharer Collins.

Survivors include her three sons, Jackie Kirk, Allen (Karina) Kirk, Michael (Karin) Kirk; grandchildren, Bailee (Nick) Rankin, Brett kirk, and Kendall Kirk; sisters, Lynn Price and Cindy Collins, several Nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. (CST) at Rogers Funeral Home Jasper Chapel with Pastor Greg Steele officiating.

Ms. Kirk will be laid to rest at Pine Grove cemetery with her late husband David Kirk.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (CST) and on Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 10:30 to 11:30 (CST) prior to the funeral service in the chapel of Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper, Tn.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Price, Kenny Matthew, Lotchia Jones, Chip Wampler, Landon Pickett and Paul Gott. Honorary pallbearers, Brett Kirk and Kendall Kirk.

In lieu of Flowers donations may be made to Sheriff's Christmas Fund or St. Jude.
