Mr. Wayman Cooper, 64, of Whitwell, TN died unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 in a Chattanooga Hospital.

A prominent Marion County Cattleman and Businessman, former co-owner of Chattanooga Stockyard, a former member of the Cattleman's Association, he was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his father, D.O. Cooper.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Rollins Cooper of Whitwell; daughter, Jodie (Tim) Gravitt; mother, Lola Smith Cooper; brother, David Cooper all of Jasper, TN; sister, Martha D. Cooper of Atlanta, GA; two grandchildren, Brandy and Payton Gravitt of Jasper, TN; great-grandchild, Skylar Gravitt.

The family will gather with friends on Sunday, April 3, 2011 from 2-4pm Central time at Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper.
