Mr. Holliday Warren Gothard, 87, of South Pittsburg, TN died Sunday, December 17, 2017 in a local nursing home.

The son of the late Holliday Kirk & Ada Helen Griffin Gothard, he was a US Navy Veteran and was retired from TVA and Mead Paper Board. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Bobbie Gothard Ivey.

He is survived by his sister, Betty Jewel Murray of Montgomery, Alabama; nieces and nephews, Ron (Jan) Murray and Denise Murray, all of Montgomery, Melissa (David) Jackson of Jasper, Tennessee, and Gib (Carolyn) Ivey of New Hope, Tennessee; great nieces and nephews, Eliot Murray, Austin Murray, Robert Jackson and Mia Ivey; great-great nieces and nephews, Harris Murray, Chandler Murray, Dean Murray, Emma Grace Murray, Grayson Jackson, and Gabriel Jackson; many other relatives and dear friends.

Graveside funeral services will be held at New Hope Cemetery at 11:00 am Central time on Thursday, December 21, 2017 with Rev. Ronnie Case officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service.

The family will receive friends for visitation at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg, Tennessee, on Wednesday, December 20th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm and on Thursday, December 21st from 9:30 - 10:30 am Central time.
