Horace Franklin Holland, 81, of Kimball, TN, passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021.
He owned his own barber shop in South Pittsburg, and retired after 52 years of service in his local hometown. He was affectionately known as "The Barber." He enjoyed shooting pool in his basement and working on old cars. Horace also served as a Mason for many years.
Horace was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey Holland; Parents, Lora Mae Hibbs and Freddie Franklin Holland; son-in-law, James (Booster) Case and Granddaughter, Whitney Hutchins.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years Glenda Holland, and four daughters; Melanie Case, Kim Holland, Lisa Jordan and Rebecca (Lee) Belk; grandchildren are Jeff Case, Andy (Sidney) Case, Lindsey (Joe) Hookey, Shelby Jordan, Heath Belk and Lauren Belk; great grandchildren, Ellie Case, Carleigh Case and Max Case; sister; Freda (Darrell) Holt and brother; Ralph (Tess) Hibbs and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. (CST) on Saturday, September 4,2021 in the chapel of Rogers Funeral Home of South Pittsburg with Reverend Ronnie Case officiating.
Interment will follow at Hooker Cemetery
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 3, 2021 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. (CST) and on Saturday, September 4,2021 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. (CST) prior to the service in the chapel.
Pallbearers are Jeff Case, Andy Case, Heath Belk, Joe Hookey, Jimmy Blevins, and Lee Belk.
