Hugh Thomas Morse, 31, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 26.

He was born in South Bend, Indiana and spent most of his life on Signal Mountain.

Taken too early, Hugh was the light of his family's eye and was loved by all who came in contact with him. He was fiercely loved, and he reflected that love to all who met him. A lifelong fighter with challenges, Hugh was valiant, brave and courageous. He attended Orange Grove where he enjoyed being with his teachers and friends each day.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Hugh Pierce Garner and paternal grandmother, Lynne Morse.

He is survived by his loving mother, Paige, friend John Woodworth; sister, Marie Morse (Lauren) nephews, Davis and Alastair, maternal grandmother, Marilyn Garner, paternal grandfather, Charles Morse (Sandy) an uncle, Griffith Garner (Sarah) and cousins, Jekka Garner and Margaret Erpenbeck (Brayden) Carter and Sophia.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time at Pine Grove Cemetery, 243 Mel Dixon Lane, Jasper, Tn 37347.

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Kidney Foundation or Lassiter Cemetery 140 Lassiter Cemetery Road Jasper, TN 37347
