James Small, 84, of Jasper, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 18, 2010.
The son of the late Charles Albert and Oney Jenkins Small, he was a veteran of the US Marine Corps, having served in the Pacific during World War II. He supported Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Whitwell, Tennessee.
He is survived by his brother, Kenneth Small of Blue Springs, Missouri and special "grandchildren," Dusty and Jamie Thomas of Jasper, Tennessee.
A memorial service will be held at Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Whitwell on Friday, November 19, 2010 at 5pm Central time.
Funeral services and burial will in Plattsburg, Missouri.
