Jasper Eugene Jones, "JJ", 69, of Guild, TN, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family November 5, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bradley and Pansy Jones, brothers, Charles and B.C. Jones.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Charlene Jones, daughters, Dedie (Steve) Curtis, Tracy (Bobby) Lea, Missy (Gene) Hargis; grandchildren, Mackenzie Lea, Sara Beth and Mason Hargis; nephews, Steve Jones, Bradley (Nancy) Jones, Gene Jones and niece, Cheryl (Mickey) Brown and several great nieces and nephews.
Jasper was an avid bass fisherman who also enjoyed painting and playing music. He always had a smile on his face and always offered a helping hand and was such a character.
He worked at Otasco in Ft. Oglethorpe, Southeastern Meats and began a career in exterminating where he also started United Exterminating.
Visitation will be held at Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper, TN on Wednesday, November 8th from 10 AM till 2PM with a Memorial service to follow at 2PM with Brother Ronnie Smith officiating.
