Mr. Jerry M. Hale, 58 of South Pittsburg, died Thursday, February 1, 2007 in a Chattanooga hospital.A US Navy Veteran, he was a former employee of TVA at Widow's Creek where he worked as an operator. He was also a member of the Elm Avenue Church of Christ in South Pittsburg.He is survived by his mother, Lucy Gaines Greer of South Pittsburg; father, Marcell Hale of Detroit, Michigan; son, Michael L. Hale of Cookeville; brother, William Davis; sister, Dorothy Robinson; and uncle, Sherman Gaines all of South Pittsburg.Funeral services will be conducted from the South Pittsburg Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 6 at 10:00 AM CST with Brother Lewis Powell officiating. Interment will be in Gaines Chapel Cemetery.The family will receive friends Tuesday prior to the service from 9-10 AM CST at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg.
