Lottie Jo Bragg Kilpatrick, 89, of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, died Sunday, December 22, 2019 in a Chattanooga hospital.

She retired from TVA in 1982 and was a member of the South Pittsburg Ladies Club. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church in South Pittsburg and enjoyed participating in the ladies Bible study class at Holly Avenue United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. & Mrs. Dwight & Agnes Hinson Bragg; grandchildren, Charles Howell and Rachel Johnson; brother and sister-in-law, Malcolm D. & Helen Bragg; aunts, Diamond King and Hazel Martinese; and sons-in-law, Terry Hess and Jack Ingram.

She is survived by her son, Reg E. (Genee) Howell of Harrison, Tennessee; daughters, Royce H. (Stephen) Vickery, Robin L. Hess, and Risa K. Ingram, all of South Pittsburg, Tennessee; grandchildren, Reiko, Haven, Travis, Raegan, Anna, and Russell; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at Wesley United Methodist Church at 12:00 Noon Central time (1:00 p.m. Eastern time) on Saturday, December 28, 2019 with Rev. Will Garrett and Rev. Joe Moore, officiating. Interment will follow the service at Cumberland View Cemetery in Kimball, Tennessee.

The family will receive friends for visitation at the church on Saturday from 10:00 – 12:00 Noon Central time (11:00 – 1:00 p.m. Eastern time).
