Joe R. Holcomb, 74, of Jasper, TN died Sunday, August 4, 2013 at his home.
The son of the late Timothy M. and Clara Ann Colley Holcomb, he retired from Combustion Engineering having worked as an operator for many years. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Lonnie Holcomb.
He is survived by his wife of almost 53 years, Beulah Holcomb of Jasper; sons, Tim (Robin) Holcomb, Dennis Holcomb both of Jasper and Kevin Holcomb of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Tyler and Lauren Holcomb; brothers, Benny, Johnny, Bobby and Mack Holcomb; sisters, Dorothy Menzdorf and Betty Gray; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside funeral services will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery in Jasper, TN at 2:00 pm Central time on Wednesday, August 7, 2013. Military honors will be provided by the Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 6th from 4:00 - 9:00 pm Central time and Wednesday, August 7th from 10:00 am until service time at Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper.
