Joe Billy Rogers, 75 of Jasper, Tennessee died Saturday at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, TN.
He was the son of the late Earl and Maudie Webb Rogers and brother of the late John Ed Rogers.
He retired from General Electric Corporation and then established his business J&J Escort Service.
He was a member of the Olive Branch Masonic Lodge #297 of Jasper, Tennessee.
He is survived by a daughter, LaNea' (David); her mother and his first wife, the former Linda Geary of Tracy City; two brothers, Forrester (Judy), Thomas Earl (Shirley); nephew, Matthew; niece, Jill Foster (Eric); aunts, Lucille Knight Webb, Kitty Webb Strickler; other relatives and cousins. Some of his many special and extraordinary friends were: Clara Holder Henderson (Mrs. Tommy), Jay Graham, Tommy and Doris Durham, Bill and Katherine Brown and Cathy Hubi.
There will be no public services for Mr. Rogers.
