Joy Stephens Johnson, 52, of Kimball, Tennessee died Thursday, July 4, 2019 in a Chattanooga hospital.

A 1986 graduate of South Pittsburg High School, she had worked for several physician's offices and was currently employed at The Bridge at South Pittsburg. The lights of her life were her precious grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harley Stephens and her daughter, Lauren Johnson.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Jo Talley; grandchildren, Elizabeth Fallon Johnson, Noah Blake Finney, and Camden Wade Johnson; brothers, Keith Stephens, Kent (Angela) Stephens, and Jeff (Angie) Stephens; best friend, Reba Cagle Graham; nieces, Bridgette, Brooke, and Heather; nephews, Austin and Logan; several other special family members and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted from the South Pittsburg Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home on Monday, July 8, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Central time with Rev. Ronnie Case officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her daughter at Cumberland View Cemetery in Kimball, Tennessee.

The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home on Sunday, July 7th from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. and Monday, July 8th from 12 Noon until service time.
