Judy Eggert
Judy Eggert, 74, of Jasper, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 1, 2018, in a Chattanooga hospital.
Judy was a longtime member of Coppinger Cove Baptist Church. She was a former employee of Whitwell Medical Center, working in the emergency room for many years as an LPN. Judy enjoyed traveling, scuba diving and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, J.C. and Wilma King; brothers, Clyde, Windsor, Boyd and Donnie King; sister, Martha Jane Walker; nephew, Leon King; niece, Vickie Schillo.
Survivors include her husband, William J. Eggert; sons, Jamey Eggert and Tim (Vickie) Eggert; daughter, Tami (Dana) Humphrey; brother, Rickey King; sister, Pam Brown; granddaughter, Faith Eggert; several nieces, nephews and extended family.
A funeral service to commemorate her life will be conducted at 1:00 PM, CST, on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, in the Jasper Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home with Reverend Chris Turner and Reverend Joey Manis officiating.
Interment will follow in Whitwell Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, December 3, 2018, from 4:00-8:00 PM, CST, and on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, from 11:00 AM, CST, until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
