Kelly Scott Mullins

Kelly Scott Mullins, born on January 22, 1983, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2018, at his home with his mother and brother at his side.

Survivors include his mother, Terry Cook Smith; brothers, Bryan Mullins and Cory Smith; wife, Danielle; children, Taitt, Mattie, and Christian; grandparents, Marty and Bryant Cook; uncles, Greg Cook and Jason Proctor; aunts, Nikki Cook Proctor and Gen Cook.

A memorial service to commemorate his life will be announced at a later date.
