Kenneth Lee Hudson, 50, died Monday, February 7, 2011.
Born September 26, 1960 in Jasper, TN to the late George "Shine" and Gladys Rittenberry Hudson, he was the youngest of three sons.
Kenneth was a 1979 graduate of Marion County High School. Soon after graduating, he worked as a coal miner. During this time he enjoyed racing cars, spending many nights and weekends at the drag strip. His joy for cooking led him to the restaurant business in his thirties and forties. He spent many years as a truck driver and was a talented mechanic.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Tommy Hudson.
He is survived by his brother, Steven B. (Cherri) Hudson of Jasper; two nieces, Missy (Rob) Greene of Harrison and Andi (Ronnie) Crouch of Jasper; great-nephew, River Crouch; two great-nieces, Celeste Greene and Addi Marie Greene.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Jasper Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 10am Central time. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive friends for visitation from 5-8pm Central time on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper.
