Mr. Luther Wade Clark, 73, of Jasper, TN died Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at his home, surrounded by his family.
The son of the late Luther Milton and Geromie Brown Clark, he retired from General Contractors of Gallatin, TN after many years. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Lowell McGowan and sister, Floy Bell White.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Clark of Jasper; daughters, Mari Lynn (Scott) Rivers of Twin Falls, Idaho, Heather Clark of Jasper, and Kelly Roberts of Escondido, CA; sons, Jason Clark, Mike (Lorrie) Roberts and Bill Roberts all of Jasper; stepdaughters, Suzanne Crews and Lori Crews; sisters, Maudell White, Evelyn Clark (Marvin) Fountain and Barbara Clark all of Mt. Vernon, GA; three grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Jasper Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home on Friday, February 13th at 2 PM CST with Reverend Floyd Kilgore officiating. Interment will follow in Cumberland View Cemetery in Kimball.
The family will gather with friends for visitation on Thursday, February 12th from 6-9 PM CST at Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper.
