William "Larry" McCallister

William "Larry" McCallister, 79, of Kimball, Tennessee passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

Larry retired from TVA after many years of service.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but his true enjoyment was spending time with his wife of 47 years, Barbara Hogan McCallister.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Susie McCallister.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Sue Hogan McCallister of Kimball, TN; brother-in-law, Bill Hogan (Sherry) sisters- in- law, Yvonne Hughes (George), Lisa Dempsey (Larry); Kathy Stevens (Steve) and Sue Hogan.  Nieces and nephews;  Steve Hogan, Susan Phillips, Denise Short (Greg), Mary Katherine Dawkins (Tyler and Sophie Grace), Monica Barbee (Zach), Sherry Eldridge (Mike), Kim Reynolds (Rick), Rob Whitmire (Lois), Debbie Hargis, Jimmy Brown, and Keith Hamrick (Staci).

Graveside services will be held on Monday, January 20, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. (CST) at New Hope Cemetery, in New Hope, Tennessee.

There will be no public visitation at the funeral home.

In lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude.
