Leslie Eugene Nunley, Jr., 51, of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2025.

Leslie was born on July 23, 1973, to the late Charlotte and Lesile Nunley.

He was employed at Colonial Chemical for fourteen years.  When he wasn't at work he was always spending his time with his kids and grandkids.  Leslie enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle with his friends that turned into family. He attended the Kimball Tabernacle of Praise church.

Leslie was preceded in death by his son, Jody Eugene Nunley; grandparents, Charles(Catfish) Welch and Louise Welch; Beulah Vesta Nunley and Till Eugene Nunley.

Survivors include two sons, Brandon Lee Nunley and Leslie Eugene Nunley, III; grandchildren, Haizlee Nunley, Asher Nunley, and Charlotte Nunley; sisters, Melissa (Johnny) Murray and Frances (Mitchell) Matthews; uncle, Bennie Welch; aunt, Opal Hailey;  niece, Amber Edwards and nephew, Colton Edwards;  a host of cousins and several friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) (CDT) at Rogers Funeral Home Chapel  in South Pittsburg with Pastor Darrell Nunley and Pastor Jerry Pittman officiating.

Interment will  follow at Orme Mountain Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. (CDT) and on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (CDT) prior to the funeral service in the chapel.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Nunley, Dirk Green, Casey Norman, Leslie Nunley III, Dustin Sneed, Dustin Young, Craig McFalls and Justin Bundy.
