Linda Jean Stone Harris, 68, of Jasper, Tennessee, died Monday, April 30, 2018, in a Chattanooga hospital.
She had worked for several years as a bookkeeper in the trucking industry, and enjoyed cooking.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Buford Stone, Jr.; mother, Wilma Cheaves; sister, Teresa Stone Schoolfield; and husband, Victor Harris.
She is survived by her son, Keith (Heather) McGrew, of Kimball, Tennessee; step-sons, Jim (Allison) Harris, of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Clay (Carey) Harris, of Fishers, Indiana; grandchildren, Austin and Ashton McGrew, Tyler, Avery, and Ainsleigh Harris, Jonathan, Zachary, Thomas, and Reagan Harris, and Auston and Kennedy Blair; sisters, Joyce Saylors, Judy Smith, Debbie Graham, and Diane Saynes; brothers, Jim (Char) Cheaves and Mark (Amanda) Cheaves; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Central time, on Saturday, May 5, 2018, at Rogers Funeral Home, 21 East 5th Street, Jasper, Tennessee.
The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home on Friday, May 4th, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday, May 5th, from 11:00 a.m. Central time until time of service.
