Linda Harvester Hart, 73, of Jasper, Tennessee died Thursday, January 28th in a Murfreesboro hospital.


The daughter of the late Arthur Lee and Margaret Holland Harvester, Linda was a member of Jasper First Baptist Church. A self-described "military wife," she had worked as an insurance adjuster in health claims for over 20 years and as a telephone operator. She and her husband, John moved to Jasper in 2007 after living in Seffner, Florida for 30 years.


She was also a member of the Southeast Tennessee Tres Dias Community.


In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Nancy Lee Harvester Hicks and India Claire Harvester Walls.


She is survived by her husband, John R. Hart of Jasper; children, Kim Ward of Franklin, Tennessee, Sam Hart of Plant City, Florida and T. J. Hart; three grandchildren, Zachery Hart, William Hart and Melody Hart; brother-in-law, Daniel Hart; several nieces and nephews.


A Graduation Celebration will be held on Monday, February 1, 2016 at 10:00 am Central time at First Baptist Church, Jasper, Tennessee.
