Linda Meeks Roberts, 72, of Kimball, TN, went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 28, 2015.


Linda was the daughter of the late Stanley and Eva Meeks and was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Meeks. Linda was a faithful member of Wesley United Methodist Church in South Pittsburg, TN and had worked as Secretary at Richard Hardy Memorial School for many years.


Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Roberts; daughters, Paula Britton and her husband, Danny, and Michelle Carter and her husband, Johnny; son, Michael Roberts and his wife, Lola; grandchildren, Wesley Davenport and his wife, Alissa, Samantha Fuqua and her husband, Brad, Taylor Roberts, Chassidy Davenport and Breanna Britton; great-grandchildren, Zoey Green, Aiden Griffith, Creek Davenport, Laney and Clara Fuqua; sisters, Carol Gilliam and Myra Meeks; aunt, Mary Ellen Meeks; sisters-in-law, Faye Meeks & family, and Naomi Meeks & family; several nieces and nephews.


Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Central time on Thursday, October 1, 2015 from Wesley United Methodist Church with Rev. Joe Moore officiating. Interment will follow at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper, TN.


The family will receive friends for visitation at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg on Wednesday, September 30th from 5-8pm Central time.
