Linda Sue Faris Rogers, 68 of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, died Tuesday, October 3, 2017.

The daughter of the late Erwin Winfield and Grace Burrows Faris, she was a medical transcriptionist and a member of Christ Church, Episcopal in South Pittsburg. She was a fond user of the Wish app.

She was also preceded in death by her son, William David Rogers, Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Rogers; daughter, Leigh Ann Rogers (Clint Smith); granddaughter, Lilian Grace Michel; sister, Diana (Stanley) Chance; brother, Buster (Glenda) Faris; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 5, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm Central time at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg.

A memorial service will be held at Christ Church, Episcopal in South Pittsburg, on Friday, October 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Central time with Rev. Kim Hobby officiating.
