Loretta Jean Smith, 76, of Jasper, Tn, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 24, 2023 with her loving family by her side.

Loretta was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved spending her days with her children and grandchildren and loved being around all the people closest to her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Irvin Adams, and Jane Martin Adams.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Earnest Smith, Sr., Children, Earnest Smith, Jr., Debra Smith, Jane Smith, and Shawn Smith.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023 at 12:00 (noon) (CDT) at Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper, TN, with Pastor Roger Webb officiating.

Loretta will be laid to rest at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. (CDT) and on Friday, April 28, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (CDT) prior to the funeral service in the chapel at Jasper, TN.

Pallbearers will be Clifford Smith, James Mack Smith, Cale Smith, Ricardo Cruz, Chazz Moats and Brian Smith.
