Lou Ellen Wooten of Sequatchie Mountain, TN went to be with the Lord on February 26, 2011.

Lou Ellen was a member of the Sequatchie Mountain Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wooten; parents, Milburn and Ethel Shadrick; two brothers and one sister.

She is survived by one brother, Lloyd (Jean) Shadrick of Sequatchie Mountain, TN; three sisters, Sue (Charles) Myers of Monteagle, TN, Frances (Gene) Parker of Noblesville, IN and Johnnie Hardy of Sequatchie Mountain, TN; several nieces and nephews; special cousin, Joyce (Carl) Hudson and special friend, Nelson Jennings.

Funeral services will be conducted from the Jasper Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home at 2pm Central time on Monday, February 28, 2011 with Dr. Gene Parker and Brother Doug Carpenter officiating. Interment will be in Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday, February 27, 2011 from 5-9 PM Central time at Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper.
