Louise Beasley Cook of South Pittsburg, Tennessee died on July 14, 2013.
She was born in Franklin Tennessee on January 4, 1927. She spent her life loving and caring for her family and friends and serving her Lord. She was there for whoever needed her. She and her husband Kenneth worked with Miracle Maid Cookware for 36 years.
Her family members that she joins in Heaven are her husband, Kenneth and her son, Max. She also joins her parents, Max and Lena Dodd Beasley; her two sisters, Elizabeth and Frances; her brothers, Billy, Bryan and Jay.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Henry Lodge of South Pittsburg, Tennessee; six grandchildren, Max (Misty) Cook of Franklin, Tennessee, Michelle (Sean) Garlock of Reno, Nevada, Richard Lodge (Ricky Coram) of Los Angeles, California, Masey (Kris) Stubblefield of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Michael (Michelle) Cook of Chattanooga, Matthew Cook of Norfolk, Virginia; and daughter-in-law, Vickie Orr of Lenoir City, Tennessee. She had 8 great-grandchildren, Alexandria, Sean Connor, Max, Gracey, Savannah, and Julianna Garlock; and Katelyn and Emily Cook. She is also survived by her baby sister, Dorothy (Marvin) McArthur of Franklin, a brother-in-law and several sisters-in-law and many dearly loved nieces, nephews, and their families.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 from 5-8pm Central time at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg.
Funeral services will be held at the Kimball Church of Christ on Wednesday, July 17th at 10am Central with Billy Watkins officiating.
There will also be visitation at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home in Franklin, TN on Wednesday afternoon from 3-5pm Central time. Interment will follow at 5pm Central time at Williamson Memorial Gardens in Franklin.
The family suggests that contributions in lieu of flowers go to the Kimball Church of Christ, 830 Main Street, Kimball, Tennessee or Blue Monarch (a Christian sanctuary for women and their children), P.O. Box 1207, Monteagle, Tennessee 37356.
