Osmundsen, Louise , "Weesie"

With great sadness, the Children of Louise "Weesie" Osmundsen, announce her death on Thursday, August 10, 2023.

As per her request, she simply wanted to be remembered as a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She was a member of the Signal Crest United Methodist Church for over 50 years.

Our grandparents, Ida and James Shelton of Stoneville, North Carolina preceded her in death. Also, our father, Robert Elmer Eschmann and her son, David H. Eschmann preceded her in death.

She is survived by her daughters, Robin Gustafson (David), of Hixson, Amy Sitton (Gregg), of Signal Mountain.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, Robert Joseph Sitton (Riley), Alex Gustafson, Andrew Gustafson (Breeze), and 3 great grandchildren.

There will be no public visitation. The family will hold a private memorial service.

In lieu of flowers our mother requests that donations be made to Ardent Senior Care (Amber Willis). Their assistance has been invaluable during this unimaginable time of grief.

A special thanks to Hearth Hospice for the care and comfort they provided.

To honor "Weesie" the family requests that each of you celebrate in your own special way.
