Madge Elizabeth Knight Boggild, 99, of New Hope, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2023.

Most proud of her role in the Manhattan Project where she met the love of her life, Madge Elizabeth and Bob were married 73 years. Madge was an enthusiastic fan of South Pittsburg football.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Boggild; nine siblings, several nieces and nephews.

Survivors include her children, Rodney Boggild, Candace Boggild, and Susan Boggild; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and three great- great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. (CDT) at State Line Cemetery with reminiscing to follow at Macedonia Baptist Church.

There will not be any public visitation.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
