Marilyn Joyce Isom Nichols, 74, of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, died at her home on Friday, May 4, 2018.

She was born on April 22, 1944, in Owensboro, Kentucky, and was a native of Lewisburg, Kentucky. After attending the Nashville General Hospital School of Nursing, Marilyn worked as a nurse at General Hospital in Nashville. Later in life, she worked for Riley White Drug Store in Russellville, Kentucky.

Marilyn is survived by her sister, Barbara Garrett (James), son Steve Nichols, daughter Lisa (Rick) Ward; grandchildren Tisha (Chad) Gravitt, Stacey (AJ) Cox, Chris (Emily) Ward, Steven Nichols and Ryan Nichols; great-grandchildren Chance Gravitt, Noah Gravitt, Aaden Gravitt, and Remy Cox; great-nephew Taylor Garrett. In addition, she is survived by many cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Lewisburg Cemetery at 11:00 am. Visitation will be at Lewisburg Church of Christ from 9:00 am until 10:30 am.
