Marion Wayne Kennemore, age 73, of Ashdown, Arkansas passed away Friday, November 24, 2023.

He was a devoted husband and a member of the SonRise Cowboy Church in Ashdown.  He was the glue to his family that kept everybody together.  Wayne would give you the shirt off his back.

A valued employee of Collins and Arnold, Wayne was a prominent superintendent there for twenty-seven years. He served as a Mason of the Matt Masonic Lodge.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Paralee Kennemore; his siblings Joe C (Bob Kennemore), Ailene Lewis, Phillip Kennemore, Wesley Hope Kennemore, Mary Elaine Nelms (Wayne's Twin): and Granddaughter Autumn Leigh Parker

Wayne is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Kennemore; Siblings J.L., Ray, Royce, Jerry and Karen; children, Shana Kennemore; Alicia (Michael) Dawson; John Billingsley, Dr. Dana (Brad) Weaver; grandchildren, Andrew Kennemore, Chance Dawson, Dalton Durden, Dakota Durden and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 2:00 pm (CST) in the chapel of Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg with visitation beginning at 12:00 pm (CST) prior to the service.

Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery, New Hope TN.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to SonRise Cowboy Church in Ashdown, Arkansas Building Fund.
