Mrs. Mary C. McClanahan Knight Kosh, 82, of Indianapolis, Indiana, formerly of Jasper, TN died Monday, May 11, 2009 in Indianapolis.
The daughter of the late James Franklin and Lottie Turner McClanahan, she was enjoyed sewing, gardening and travelling with her daughter. She was an avid collector of butterfly pins and loved spending time with her dog, Buddy. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, William Knight; brother, Ephie McClanahan and sister, Mattie Barnett.
Survivors include her husband, Joe Kosh of Indianapolis; sons, Thomas Knight, Ronald Knight, Allen Kosh, John Kosh; daughters, Rita Robbins and Carmelita Kern; sister, Naomi Bell; brother, Lacy McClanahan; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved Boston Terrier, Buddy.
Graveside funeral services will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery on Sunday, May 17, 2009 at 3 PM CST.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday from 2 PM until service time at Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper.
